James A. Little, APR, Fellow
Jim Little, President of First Group, previously was manager and then director of public relations at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company for seven years. Prior to that he worked at the Toledo Blade in a wide variety of writing assignments. He has proven ability as a writer and specialist in financial public relations. He has also been a free-lance writer, a public information officer in Europe, and a lecturer in public relations.
In 1968, the Public Relations Society of America developed an Accreditation Program, whereby public relations practitioners could demonstrate proficiency in their profession. Jim has been accredited by PRSA since 1968. He was one of the first persons in Northwest Ohio to take and pass the examination when it was offered.
In 1981, Jim served as national president of the 21,000 member PRSA organization. He was elected a Fellow by PRSA in 1990.

Constance J. Little, APR
Conni Little, First Communications Group's Vice President, Senior Account Executive and Office Manager, was executive director of the Lorain County Arts Council before joining First Group. She was a community arts consultant for the Ohio Arts Council, a founder of the Ohio Citizens Committee for the Arts, a founder and the first president of the Alliance of Ohio Community Arts Agencies, and secretary of the Cleveland Area Public Relations Society of America Chapter.
She has an extensive background in public relations including association and special events management, fund-raising, and broadcasting. She earned her PRSA accreditation in 1990.

Lara McClain-Beltz, Graphic Designer
Lara is an accomplished designer with a unique balance of creative and technical expertise that is coupled with a strong background in graphic design for print and web design. After leaving
the Navy, she graduated from The University of Findlay
with a bachelors degree in Graphic Communication.
For 10 years, she has helped employers and clients develop corporate and brand identities, as well as market positioning. Her vast experiences range from designing brochures, advertisements, product packaging, catalogs, logos, billboards, corporate stationary and web pages, to more complex projects. Lara understands the importance of knowing the long-term vision of a company and how to accurately and consistently reflect and strengthen that message in all visual and written communications.

Carol Little, Web Designer
Carol has been a freelance graphic web designer, specifically with not-for-profit organizations since 2002. She is a graduate of Indiana University with a bachelors degree in Journalism - Radio Broadcasting. She was with WCSI-WKKG, Columbus,IN, for 10 years before relocating to Findlay.
She has broad experience in graphic design as well, producing a wide range of products, including, brochures, newsletter, ads, and specialty items for schools, churches and Boy Scouts of America. Carol has received many honors for her volunteer work with BSA and Findlay City Schools.
